Do I need to book my Thomas ride?
Yes, please book your preferred date, time and seat. One Thomas ride is permitted per ticket.
Do infants under two require a ticket?
Infants under 2 sitting on a parent or guardians lap do not require a ticket.
Do you have special pricing for carers?
We offer one free carer per full price ticket for those with access needs. Please call Quaytickets on 0161 876 2199 to book.
Do I have to book in advance, and will tickets be available on the day?
Booking online is strongly advised as our events tend to sell out in advance. Any remaining tickets will be available at Tunbridge Wells West on the day but we can’t always guarantee availability. Please check Spa Valley’s website and social channels for the latest updates.
How long are the Thomas rides?
The Thomas train ride is 20-25 minutes traveling from Tunbridge Wells West to Eridge. A 15-minute break at Eridge for Thomas photos, before returning to Tunbridge Wells West, which takes another 20-25 minutes.
How long are the additional Thomas & Friends character rides?
The ride with Percy is around 5-10 minutes.
Can I stay all day?
Yes, activities are available to visitors all day from 09:30 until 17:30.
Does the event have disabled access and are you able to accommodate wheelchairs onboard the trains?
There is wheelchair access to the platform at Tunbridge Wells West and an easy access coach for wheelchair users. There are some areas at Tunbridge Wells West that can only be accessed via steps and not all are accessible with ramps. Wheelchair spaces must be booked in advance. Is there somewhere to eat and drink?
Yes, refreshments are available to purchase on the train and at Tunbridge Wells West station
Can I bring my dog?
Yes, well behaved dogs on leads are welcome
