These terms and conditions contain legal obligations. Please read these terms and conditions carefully before using this site.

Quaytickets (Agent) sells tickets on behalf of promoters, theatres, clubs and sports venues which means Quaytickets (Agent) does not set the ticket prices or determine seating locations.
Policies are set by promoters, theatres, clubs and sports venues, that prohibit Quaytickets from issuing exchanges or refunds after a purchase has been made or for lost, stolen, damaged or destroyed tickets. When you receive your tickets, please keep them in a safe place. Please note that direct sunlight or heat can sometimes damage tickets. When buying tickets via Quaytickets (Agent) we reserve the right to limit the number of tickets you can buy for each event.

From time to time, events are cancelled or rescheduled by the promoter, performer or venue for a variety of reasons. If the event is cancelled, please contact us for information on receiving a refund. If the event was moved or rescheduled, the venue or promoter may set refund limitations. In all situations the fees paid to Quaytickets (Agent) are non refundable.

Tickets sent via Standard Mail should arrive within 5-7 working days.

Ticket Terms and Conditions

All tickets sold to you are sold by the Lowry Centre Ltd (company number 03255905 who’s registered office is The Lowry, Pier 8, Salford Quays, M50 3AZ) trading as “Quaytickets” (Agent) in it’s capacity as the sales agent for the promoter and event organiser identified on the events detail pages and on the face of the ticket. Your contract is at all times with the event promoter.

This ticket remains the property of the organisation for whom Quaytickets has sold the ticket.

Tickets are non refundable or exchangeable except in the event of cancellation by event promoters.

Quaytickets is a member of STAR (The Society of Ticket Agents and Retailers). To avoid falling victim to rogue ticket sellers, ticket buyers should always buy their tickets from an authorised vendor. Ticket that are purchased from unauthorised outlets may be cancelled and customers will be refused entry to the event.

Membership of STAR can be recognised by the use of the STAR logo and a list of members is available at www.star.org.uk or by phoning the STAR helpline (01904 234737).

The venue management reserves the right at their sole discretion to refuse admission and in this instance a refund may be offered at the sole discretion of the event promoter.

This ticket can only be purchased for personal use only, and not purchased as part of any form of business or commercial activity, the ticket may not be resold or offered for resale by anyone whether at a premium or otherwise.

Resale or attempted resale at a price higher than face value is grounds for cancellation without notice or refund.

The venue, promoter or producer and its affiliates, successors, or assigns may enforce these terms in accordance with the provisions of the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Act 1999 (the Act). Except as provided above, this agreement does not create any right enforceable by any person who is not a party to it under the Act, but does not affect any right or remedy that a third party has which exists or is available apart from that Act.

It is your responsibility to ascertain whether an event has been cancelled and the date and time of any rearranged event.

If an event is cancelled it is the responsibility of the event promoter to provide Quaytickets (Agent) with requisite funds to refund the face value of tickets and the booking fee to the customer. Quaytickets (Agent) will refund customers on behalf of the event promoter within 28 days of receiving the relevant funds. In the event that funds are not received then Quaytickets will direct customers to contact the promoter directly to arrrange refunds. This does not affect your statutory rights.

This ticket is issued subject to the Rules and Regulations of the venue, promoter or producer. Full details are available at the venue box office. Breach of any of these Rules and Regulations or any unacceptable behaviour likely to cause damage, nuisance or injury shall entitle the venue, promoter or producer to eject you from the venue.

The venue has the right to conduct security searches.

Every effort to admit latecomers will be made at a suitable interval, but admission cannot always be guaranteed.

Latecomers not admitted are in no way entitled to a refund; always allow sufficient travelling time to the venue.

It is your responsibility to check your tickets; mistakes cannot always be rectified.

We will not be responsible for any tickets that are lost or stolen.

Tickets are sold subject to the venue, promoter or producers right to alter or vary the bill due to events or circumstances beyond its reasonable control without being obliged to refund monies or exchange tickets.

The unauthorised use of photographic and recording equipment is prohibited. Recording media may be destroyed. Laser pens, mobile phones, dogs (except guide dogs and hearing dogs for the deaf) are not permitted in the venue. The promoter or producer accept no responsibility for any personal property. Food and drink/alcohol policies vary so please contact the venue direct.

The venue, promoter or producer reserves the right to provide alternative seats to those specified on the ticket at their discretion.

Route and length of train rides may be altered in line with weather conditions, local restrictions, safety concerns, engine availability or condition.

Some events sold via Quaytickets may be filmed or photographed for promotional purposes. Please check with the event organizer or the duty manager at the event if this would present a problem to you as the customer.

Pass-outs and re-admissions are at the sole discretion of the venue, promoter or producer.

Tickets will usually be sent on the next working day after you have booked. In some cases tickets are not sent until two weeks before the event at the promoters request, should this be the case this will be clearly stated in the event listing and on your email confirmation.

No parties shall have any further liability beyond the face value of the ticket.

English Law governs all of these terms and conditions.
